We provide Amazon store management and related e-commerce services, including account management, advertising, product research, sourcing, prep and logistics, content design, and brand protection. The scope, fees, and terms of each engagement are set out in a separate written agreement between you and Rubel Ventures. If this page conflicts with that agreement, the agreement prevails.

No Guarantee of Results

E-commerce results depend on many factors outside our control, including market demand, competition, marketplace policies, and capital invested. We do not guarantee sales, profit, returns, or account outcomes. Please read our Earnings Disclaimer.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your marketplace accounts and legal entity in good standing, and comply with all applicable laws and marketplace policies.

Fees and Payment

Fees, revenue-share terms, and payment schedules are defined in your service agreement. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless your agreement states otherwise.

Intellectual Property

The content of this website is owned by Rubel Ventures or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. You retain ownership of your own brand and marketplace accounts as described in your agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rubel Ventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or marketplace account actions, arising from use of this website or our services.

Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rubel Ventures, LLC is registered.
